OUR POLICY

We specialise in styling, weaves, wigs and ponytail styles. Here at Hair By Part of Gold , we take pride in making sure our clients feel their best. Every client is different, and when in our chair, we want you to leave feeling like a brand new person. All information is below, so please take your time to read through everything.

We supply hair to EVERYONE. 
If you have booked an appointment & want us to provide hair for your appointment please contact us for a price list, and we can get your pieces ready for your appointment.
Please note payment for hair is taken prior, so please let us know 1 1/2 weeks before your appointment date to avoid any delays.

We sell individual bundles, ready made wigs, lace closures and frontals. There are many textures available, and inches range from 12”~40”.

Once orders are placed and processed, if for any reason, we do not issue refunds for bundles/closures/frontals and wigs. This is due to hygiene reasons, and orders being processed already. 

If you are not purchasing hair from us, please make sure you provide RAW / VIRGIN HAIR.

DEPOSIT
A 50 % Non refundable deposit will be taken when booking your appointment. This will be to secure your slot, and also go towards your appointment. In the event of cancelling your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be lost.

APPOINTMENTS
Freshly washed hair without products: We ask all clients to come to their appointment with freshly washed and completely dry hair without any products such as gel, mousse, hairspray or oils. This ensures that we can achieve the best results for your hair styling.

EXTENSIONS (WIGS / CLOSURES / LACE FRONTALS)
Extensions must be sent 2 to 5 days before the appointment so that they can be processed. If the processing has to take place on the same day, a surcharge of 20€ will be charged. For incorrectly purchased extensions, the customer must pay a fixed price of 50€ for the service started.

DELAYS
If you are more than 20 minutes late, a fee of €20 will be charged.
In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be retained.

NO ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

For reasons of space and hygiene, we ask our customers not to bring any other people with them to their appointment. This helps us to ensure a relaxed and safe atmosphere in the salon.

EVENING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments after 6 pm will be charged with a surcharge of 20€.

POSTPONEMENT OF APPOINTMENTS DUE TO ILLNESS
If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, please inform us as early as possible. Your health and the health of our employees have the highest priority. In such cases, we will be happy to arrange a new appointment for you. The deposit already paid will be transferred to the new appointment.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints can only be considered within 24 hours of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit paid. If canceled in time (more than 24 hours in advance), the deposit can be transferred to a new date.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have a 24 hour grace period in which you can come back to us with any problems / issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue. Hair By Part of Gold are always looking for ways to improve our service. We welcome all feedback, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
